CM Psychology & Developmental Care is a boutique specialty psychology practice dedicated to comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessment and evidence-based therapy across the lifespan. Our model integrates diagnostic precision, developmental science, and attuned clinical care. We serve children, adolescents, and adults with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, anxiety, OCD, and complex neurodevelopmental profiles.

We are seeking a licensed clinical psychologist to join our growing team in a therapy-focused role. This position is ideal for a clinician who values thoughtful case formulation, evidence-based treatment, and working with neurodiverse individuals and their families in a highly collaborative, intellectually engaged private practice environment. This role may be structured as either a full-time or part-time position depending on the clinician’s availability and desired caseload

The primary responsibility of this role is maintaining an ongoing outpatient therapy caseload. Opportunities for diagnostic work may be available based on experience and interest.

  • Provide evidence-based individual therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults
  • Deliver parent guidance and family-based interventions as indicated
  • Treat anxiety disorders, OCD, mood dysregulation, and executive functioning challenges in children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders
  • Develop thoughtful case formulations and individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with schools and outside providers when appropriate
  • Participate in interdisciplinary case consultation
  • PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist in New York State
  • Experience treating neurodevelopmental disorders and co-occurring conditions.
  • Strong grounding in CBT and other empirically supported treatments
  • Excellent clinical writing and communication skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based, developmentally informed care

Experience with autism spectrum disorder is required.

This is a W-2 position

  • Expected caseload: 14–18 clinical hours per week

Anticipated annual compensation range: $124,320 – $159,840, depending on weekly caseload volume. Compensation is directly tied to clinical hours delivered.

  • Expected caseload: 14–18 clinical hours per week

Anticipated annual compensation range: $188,160 – $241,920, depending on weekly caseload volume. Compensation is directly tied to clinical hours delivered.
